How long should one wait between doses of MXE to still have the same effect?
I ask because I just took some earlier and was thinking about taking a larger dose tonight, but I didn't want to waste any.

MXE has a 6 hour comedown so when redosing you are redosing from your current level not baseline so you will be even higher than before when redosing.

In your case there should be little to no tolerance from one dose. But you will definitely develop a tolerance if you use it frequently. Ketamine users report that one to two weeks is enough to get rid of any tolerance that might have built so the same probably applies to MXE.

Most chems take 2 weeks to go back to baseline, but ketamine takes forever to go completely back. But it's mostly gone by 2 weeks. MXE is similar to ketamine so it should behave similarly.

According to Erowid it is quite common to use for two sessions in a day. I always account for MXE lasting 5 hours but i don't think i have felt back at baseline in that time to be honest.
